It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, and it is not a substitute for your own doctor or emergency services. 1. Who can use NumaLine
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. What the Service is — and isn't
NumaLine arranges laboratory testing, physician review of your results, and a personalized wellness protocol. Clinical services are provided by independently licensed clinicians and laboratories, not by NumaLine itself. The insights and protocols offered through the Service are for wellness and educational purposes. They are not a diagnosis, and they do not replace care from your own healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your health regimen, medications, or supplements.
3. Eligibility for testing and prescriptions
Not every product is available in every location. Prescription services, where offered, are available only where permitted by law and only when an independently licensed clinician determines they are clinically appropriate. A clinician may decline to provide a protocol or prescription. Availability of specific tests and services depends on your location and applicable regulations.
4. Memberships, billing, and cancellation
Paid memberships renew automatically at the interval you select (for example, monthly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period unless required by law. Prices, plans, and included features may change, and we'll give notice of material changes. Testing kits already shipped and services already rendered are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate health and identity information so clinicians can safely review your results.
- Follow kit instructions and testing requirements.
- Use the Service only for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
- Don't misuse, copy, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The NumaLine name, brand, site, content, and software are owned by NumaLine or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. Your personal results and data remain yours, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NumaLine disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights will achieve any particular health outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NumaLine and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for the independent acts of licensed clinicians who are responsible for their own clinical judgment.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law; you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email or a notice on the site). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
